Speaking today in Brussels: As for criticism of the deal to free Bergdahl, Pres Obama said hes never surprised by controversies whipped up in Washington. Thats par for the course. Here we have the essence of the Obama presidency. A man who is clearly not used to being challenged about anything responds with a statement that automatically belittles every honest disagreement about a VERY questionable incident. When confronted with unpleasantness, Obama either lies through his flippin teeth or summarily dismisses opposing view. That is to say, the opposite of what a REAL leader does. Mr. President, youre not getting off that easily.
