Special Memory and Special Reunion I posted this photo a few months ago when I found it from a dusted hard drive. This is the group that started the adoption films series--15 years in the making. This photo was taken right before our sneak preview of the first documentary Love Without Boundaries at Millersville University in 2002. Now, Im wrapping up this series with Rickis Promise. In the middle on the left is Darren, who did special effects (page turning of a photo album) using the primitive technology. Darren has since become a seasoned and established editor at a very good production facility. Starting tomorrow, I will be working with Darren again on Rickis Promise. He will help put final touches to the film. On the far left is Bartek, editor of Love Without Boundaries. He has since been a filmmaker in his great country Poland. He and his wife are coming to visit U.S. and, accepting my invitation, will stay with the Chang motel during their time in Lancaster. Thats the beauty of being a prof!
