Special Proclamation We heretofore do commit to the dancers of the Upstate Swing Dance (tues night) by their request and backed by my honor and good name, heretofore being of sound mind and body and in good standing as a citizen of this great state of South Carolina whereas the day following Tuesday also referred to as Hump Day or Wednesday shall be from this day forward a day that remains Wobble free. Heretofore this Proclamation shall be know as Wobble Free Wednesday! Those who agree, support and promise to defend this Proclamation say AMEN! Swing Dance - Every Wed
