However The Band Is Expected to quickly Re-Intensify And Move Over The Entire Tug Hill Plateau And into The Black River Valley By 2PM. Snow Rates Of 1 To 3 Inches Per Hour Can Be Expected With This Band With Visibility of A Quarter Of A Mile Or Less. * Some Locations Affected By The Lake Effect Snow Band Include...Adams And Adams Center...Barnes Corners...West Carthage And Carthage...Highmarket...Lowville...Indian River...This Includes Interstate 81 Between Exits 36 And 44.
