Speedpost is truly getting on my nerves. Theyre really testing my patience. I called in 3 times to find out my items were not delivered due to some internal issues on their end. First agent got me to wait till the next working day for my items to be delivered. When they were not I called in and the Second agent got me to wait for another 1-3 working days. After 3 working days, I called in and the Third agent got me to wait 5 working days again. This seems like taking forever for the items to reach me. And Ive got no delivery advice slip, so I cant collect the items on my own. Apologies for inconvenience etc is just bullshit to me. If they are so inefficient in services like this, cant see how they can claim to be Speedpost when theyre not speedy at all. Oh! The irony! Honestly, their customer service officers have mishandled this problem and think that I as a consumer have all the time in the world to wait for their delivery. AND ITS NOT THEIR FIRST TIME..
