Spencer has Fancy Eye Doctor on Wed, Foot/leg Ortho and ENT on Thurs. All three appointments have potential for surgery. Weve avoided surgery since October 2012. The Dude has had around 30 surgical procedures, but weve grown quite comfortable with not having a surgical date looming over us. My hopes are that Fancy Eye Doctor (he has like three eye doctors. Labeling them is the only way I keep them straight) tells us that his ptosis is fine and we can wait a few more years like we had planned for a revision of his upper eyelids. We hope Club Foot Doc (again, he has 2 orthopedic docs) tells us that he can graduate from his damned clubbed foot braces and well hold off messing with putting any pins or cutting any tendons in anything. And ENT....well- we hope his hearing is still fine without his hearing aids, he doesnt need more ear tubes or holes closed, and his cleft palate still looks amazing. We shall see.
