Spend the last few days fighting for Carl and what he needs medically. Sunday I not only got him re-certified for the home health nurse to come in once a week but also additional services. He had his first visit today with the Physical Therapist that comes to the house. They are going to come to the house twice a week to work on helping him get his muscles back into shape as well as his core strength. The week he does not have chemo, the therapist will come three times a week. Yesterday, I spend time dealing with nurses and Moffit Cancer Center to get him help with his stomach pains. They have put him on a second anti nausea medicine as well as pain medication every 4 hours. If that does not help him, I am to let them know and they will give us another plan of action. I also dealt with some medical issues with my youngest daughter and they are under control at this time. I am still doing my babysitting job that I enjoy so very much and my hours have increased a little to help their mother have more time to study. I keep the mother updated on things I am going through, in case there is a time I am not able to take care of her children but the joy of being with them helps me more than I am helping them. It is such a joy to hear those young children laughing and watching them play. They are eager to learn and do new things and I am enjoying so much to be a part of that. I just thank God I am still able to deal with all that has been put on me and thank everyone that continues praying for me and sending me positive vibes.
