Spent 6 hours at the Dr. Yesterday getting x-rays & ct scan of my hip and leg. I was trying to scoot a 50# bookcase on a wooden floor, and it fell knocking me flat on the floor. I hit my head and have a large hematoma, hurt my shoulder, and hip and leg. X-rays show severe arthritis in my shoulder, no fracture in my hip, but I have a large hematoma versus a severe bone contusion of the femur. Can not walk, am in a wheel chair. The Dr. Said it should be improved in a week to ten days. He prescribed a anti inflammatory med & pain med. Murphys Law is in full force around our house!!!
