Spent a great Level 1 Seminar in Milano at Reebok CrossFit Officine. Awesome participants, good vibe! Thanks for the hospitality Peter Dmc de Sury and Antonella Giovannini. It was a lot of fun, living the dream! :) For the Snatch: Very happy with this personal best. After a break of 8 months due to a wrist injury I am only seven weeks into my prep for the comeback competition which is end of August (Olympisches Gewichtheben, Nationalliga A, Runde 3 in Hohentannen). Milano seems to be a good place for me. A little bit more than a year ago I hit a PB at CrossFit M1 from Francesco Ajello, 122.5kg. 10kg improvement in a year, I take it. Not so happy with my technique. Right knee still coming in, throwing head back in the extension phase. More Skill refining needed. Will try my best, not only to be strong. A long way to virtuosity.
