Spent a significant amount of time this weekend building my life skills/wife skills repertoire by conducting a thorough multi-variable optimization study on frying mozzarella cheese. After several protocol revisions, I must say that Ive had prouder experimental outcomes in my life, but not many. And to you other would-be proponents of healthy alternatives, I have to tell you that, in my study, baked mozzarella balls aint foolin nobody.
