Spent most of my day making and canning spaghetti sauce...from our own organic heirloom tomatoes and green peppers, and added mushrooms, garlic, onions, our own herbs, and simmered it nearly all day so it would get really thick. Must have walked 50 miles back and forth from living room to kitchen to stir so it wouldnt scorch. Next time Ill just cook it down in the oven so it doesnt have to be babysat. Im exhausted.
