Spent my lunch break at Verizon because Davids iPhone wouldnt come on, I was so worried we were going to have to replace it. I kept trying to remember what the deductable was on the insurance, stressing like I normally do..... I wait in line after getting there, tick tock tick tock..... hand the phone over to the guy and tell him what happened. Hes holding the phone while hes talking to the lady beside him, after about 30 seconds the phone powers on and he says... OK what did you say the problem was? I know I had a crazy look on my face and said loudly SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!!! I think they wet themselves laughing......
