Spent the morning at a coffee shop mentoring one my coaches. Its been amazing watching Marlin and Janice grow. Not only have they gotten healthy themselves, but they have also helped their family get healthy (collectively they lost over 375 pounds!). They have worked really hard at overcoming some initial fears and concepts and are connecting with people every day. The result has been helping hundreds of people in their community get really healthy! :) Im so glad to call you a partner and a friend!
