Spent the morning at kids school because my son refused to stay. He has been having anxiety abt being in school and just do want want to be there. The principal and he behavior specialist came out and freaked him out and he took off down the street running. Scared the crap out of me. But after a little got him back and made it in the school. We sat at office for a bit. The teacher and principal were very persistent on him going to class. We got him a few inches closer each time to his room. Even had few class mates come out - which made it worse. He took off running through the school. My heart was breaking, I wanted to grab him up and take him home but they talked me into leaving out the exit door. Hesitantly I did and cried in parking lot for 30 min. I just hated doing that. He is not a child doing this for attention, there is something more going on I just wish I knew what. I feel like I failing him. :( said mommy day.
