Spent thirty minutes on w/my new cable providers tech support because my television wasnt receiving a signal, after we both carefully worked through all the trouble shooting processes with no results, I went on to let them know how disappointed I was that on the first day of service with them, I am already having issues. Then I hit the power button and the television came on, I told them Im an idiot and I am so sorry I took up so much of their time.
