Spicy Mutton Curry Ing: 500 gms Mutton 1 tsp fennel seeds 1 tsp black mustard 3 onions sliced long 3 tomatos chopped 1 tbsp ginger paste 1 tbsp garlic paste 2 heaped tbsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp black pepper 1 tsp Garam masala Fresh coconut milk extracted from half a coconut(200ml roughly) Salt Oil Curry leaves Method: In a wok,heat oil,splutter the fennel and mustard seeds,fry onions till translucent,Sautee ginger garlic paste for a couple of mts,sautee chopped tomatos till they go mushy.Add all the spice powders mixed with some water and give it a good mix for a couple of mts.Add Meat and Salt and mix well with all the added ingredients on high heat for about 10 mts.Add coconut milk and half the curry leaves now and simmer on low flame till almost done.Add more bruised curry leaves and simmer till the gravy reaches the rt consistency.
