Spicy sweet and sour Nile Perch Fish..... Needed: 2 whole Nile Perch Fish 1 pc onion, sliced 3-5 cloves of garlic 1 tbsp ginger, sliced 1 tbsp carrot, sliced 1/2 pc small red or green pepper, sliced* 1 tbsp oil 1 pouch Del monte Quick n Easy Sweet and Sour Mix, dissolved in 1/2 cup water This is how you do it: > Fry the fish, until golden, set aside > Sauté onion, ginger, carrots, garlic and bell pepper in oil for 2 minutes > Add dissolved Del Monte Quick n Easy Sweet and Sour. Allow to boil, then simmer for 3 mins or until sauce thickens....Pour over fish. * this time i use siling mahaba or chili pepper or chili powder.
