Spider. My wife and I just returned from a delicious meal at New Saigon Restaurant in Denver. We had the wrap, which is a thin sheet of rice paper dipped in hot water to soften, then wrapped around pork, beef, shrimp and various veggies. Wonderful meal. Got home and removed my shoes: put in the closet. Walked downstairs in my stocking feet to check the E-Mail, etc. Pulled out the chair and sat down, while stretching my aching legs under the table. While dragging my feet back, I felt an irregular round thing about the size of a grape dragging and rolling along the floor and checked to see what it was. A big spider, with his legs crumpled from being dragged, was the answer. My right foot, just behind the little toe, is getting numb. While pondering this situation with the spider, which I do not like at all, not one little bit, my wife came downstairs to tell me that our younger son, Chris, and his wife, Kelly, have succeeded in finding a new house. Their bid, etc., was accepted. All things considered, counting my blessings!
