Orange Demographer Movement leaders have alleged that President Uhuru Kenyatta, and his Deputy, William Ruto, intentionally sent Rachael Shebesh to provoke Governor Kidero and cause a circus at the City Hall to achieve a predetermined goal. According to CORD’s mole Prof. Edward Kisengali, Uhuru/Ruto intentionally created Kidero’s saga to divert the people’s attention from real issues like the VAT Bill, which have taken toll on Kenyans’ lives by increasing the prices of basic commodities as well as escalating insecurity in the country.
