Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders Many of us when singing along to this line imagine the aftermath of these words, and so when we are finally led to that place we tend to cower. the truth is, this is not the shinning place there isnt much glamour here, its the place where you are cornered and have to fully trust and depend on the Holy Spirit. Before Peter could be called out to look after the sheep, he was called out on a personal level (being an fisherman), where fear could grip him and cloud his view of the master- out of the boat! And many times we tend to imagine this place we asking God to lead us to abstractly* - but sometimes its a place where you have to forgive your suddenly appearing when you are rich dad, your abusive step parent, the past hurts and pain, that man who raped you, that woman who forsook you, that spouse which used you, Sometimes its a place where reaching out mean committing to share your income with your siblings, relatives, neighbors.
