Spiritual Leaders: Become willing to share your moments of weakness to those who follow you as you follow Christ. It is through your moments of weakness (anger, confusion, lack of faith, sin, failures) that the Grace of God can be shown to those who follow. They will be able to see you as a human (not a superstar) who is susceptible of sin, just as they are. But most importantly, they will see the attributes of God in ACTION, making it more realistic to them.
