If we are inwardly active and creative with the heart forces, we can really do some work. For example, if we don’t remain passive in our life of feeling, but make it into an active power to work in the world and make organs of perception and cognition, we have the possibility to control, move and exercise our feelings. But if we don’t, the opposite will take place: the heart region will become like the head, empty and dead. Humans will experience more and more that they are dead in the heart; lonely, deserted, and thrown into the world without a protective aura. Empty souls. This is actually a fantastic new step, because without this feeling, humans could not become active and do the real work. Nobody is forcing them, but if they want to, they can say, “Wow! What a joy! My forefathers could not utilize it, because they were not lonely, but were instead part of a family, of nature, of the stars and the cattle. But there is a competition for this empty, dead, etheric heart, as there is a competition for the dead thinking; a race to fill the empty wishes, longings and desires. We are not the only ones interested in this empty space. It is a Loch or hole that many beings are interested in. All the luciferic and ahrimanic beings are very happy that this is happening, saying, “We already took over the human brain, now we will take the heart, then we just have to add the limbs, and we have got the whole human.” I will mention two basic ways this is done, first from the ahrimanic side, and then the luciferic side….” Read lecture 3 as a whole:
