Spiritual Stillness: All of life is a story until one day one awakens to the fact that its not. At this point life begins to be truly lived because the made up stories stop and its understood they arent needed. In the Universe when certain things are done it sets other things in motion. Yesterday I was explaining the differences of living from the spirit or strictly from ones human side and how the human side constantly needs to be updated. These updates are manifested as the things that are needed to satisfy the conditioned mind. Once the mind becomes agitated it needs to be updated by using something to either satisfy or distract it from the agitation. This reaching is the update, the things used doesnt matter. So the agitated mind is constantly being updated because, as subtle as it may be, most minds are in a constant state of agitation. This tends to be part of most of our developed human conditioning. But when the mind is still no updates are needed because stillness is the same as it always was, is, and will be. Creation hasnt changed from the very beginning of humanity and creation is the apex of spirituality where energy is transformed into form. So when one lives as a spiritual being having a human experience, one is in touch with the Universe that always was, is, and will be, and as the Universe is always of its same energy, there is never a need for ones mind to be updated because there is never an agitation that arises. And with no agitation and no needed update, ones state of being is the stillness of the way it always was, is, and will be.
