Sponsorship for World Youth Conference Project at Good Hope High School - Building of Boundry Wall 7 June 2013 Dear Pastors/Elders and Members RE: Sponsorship for World Youth Conference Project at Good Hope High School – Building of boundary wall Christian Greetings to all As part of the World Youth Convention taking place in South Arica, it was decided to include our School, Good Hope High, as an Adventist community project. This coincides with the school’s celebration of the 50th year on the same campus. The idea is to build a boundary wall around the vast property in Kuils River. A group of volunteers has been allocated for this purpose and will engage in this task over the period 1 – 5 July 2013. We need your help in order to reach this world focus initiative objective to put our conference, and school, back on the world map (especially as an Adventist institution). A wall of such magnitude is costly and will require much effort and resources if we were to complete the project in said time with the limited finances and resources. With this in mind we request our members and churches to assist us by any of the following means: · Donate Funds – Deposits can be made into the following account: Standard Bank, Account Name –Good Hope High School , Account Type – Transmission Account, Account Number 65-389-713-8 ,Branch Code - 051001, REF: WYC Donation · Donate Material – We require blocks, sand, stone and cement. · Make Tools available – We need wheel-barrows, spades, etc. · Human Resources - artisans (with their tools) who can volunteer a day (at least) during this particular week to come and help build the wall, other volunteers in the form of students, learners and alumni to serve as labourers, ladies (to help provide and prepare meals during the work day), and any other persons who can make a meaningful contribution in aid of this project. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a huge undertaking and would like to see this project reach its ultimate objective. You can make this possible!
