Sporting News is reporting that Marshawn Lynch has been fined again for grabbing his crotch. At first glance, their headline “Marshawn Lynch Fined Again for Grabbing Crotch” would seem sufficient to convey the pertinent facts, but it WAS necessary to read the entire article to garner other vital data, such as the NFL’s fine structure for first-time crotch-grabbing offenders ($11,050) and their follow-up fine for serial crotch-grabbers like the apparently unrepentant Lynch ($20,000.) Earlier in the season, Lynch was also fined $100,000 for refusing to speak to the media following a game. $131,050 in fines for crotch-grabbing and sullen silence. I bet he has overdue library books, too.
