Sports psychology for musicians? Pfft. It actually works the other way round too, yknow. One of my splendid colleagues at Sydney Childrens Choir, Elizabeth Vierboom, is not only an amazingly gifted music educator. She used to coach the top cricket team in a boys junior school where she worked... and they always won their games. When asked by her colleagues at school what the secret was, she just said I run it the same way I run a choir! Ha!
