Spot on Tom!!! Tom McCabe: Seems to me the highly scripted competitive upper eshaleons of society keep out the thin skinned majority who are too compassionate to compete against the aggressive! Its why I advocate for an elders group drawn from the lower status people who can participate in a pass the feather/talking stick kind of atmosphere who will bring consideration of the majority into the conversation!
