Spotify & Rdio continue their expansion into new territories Spotify welcomes 20 new markets across Europe & Latin America meaning they are now operational in 55 territories. In Europe the following countries were added - Hungary, Czech Republic, Malta, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Cyprus. For Latin America - Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, El Salvador, Paraguay, Honduras, Panama, Nicaragua, Peru, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Bolivia were added to their ever growing list. Spotify has also updated their iOS and Android apps, announcing that smartphone and tablet users can now access free music through their Shuffle Play feature. Shuffle Play allows the user to listen to their own or friends playlists or an artists catalog of music, but only in shuffle mode. So if you want to listen to them in the correct order or your order of choice you will need to upgrade to their premium service. Rdio have also announced they have expanded into 20 new territories, taking their global reach to 51 countries in total. These new countries include Argentina, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Israel, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, South Africa, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
