Spotted : Yesterday Wednesday June 4, 2014 I was having a heck of a day, I got to Freeds far past the closing time to pick up my pants (which I needed for a meeting the following day). Mr. Freeds himself, pulled over, rolled down his car window and said are you picking something up? I replied yes and said its ok, I can see your closed . Mr. Freeds got out of his vehicle along with another associate (In the rain I might add) and got my pants. I was so grateful! Thank you so much for your pride of business and your old school business ethics. I have, and will continue to promote Freeds, not only for the excellent quality of clothing but also for the superb customer service that was provided. It is not often anymore that you see, let alone get to experience such a level of class, caring and passion for your business.Well done Freeds!
