Spring & Summer Schedule 2014 Sunday Peaceful Abiding Meditation & Restorative Yoga will resume in September. Mondays, 11:30 am-12:30 pm Hatha Yoga *Dawn Morgan* Core engagement, breath awareness, and a meditative atmosphere nourish the totality of our beings-mind, body, and spirit. Time Change! Monday Intermediate Yoga is now 5:30-7:00 pm *Jessica Creech* An active practice, including soulful chanting and the cultivation of intentions. Tuesdays, 5:30-7 pm Vinyasa Yoga *Jim Murphy* Our most challenging class used poses from the Primary and Second series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Wednesdays, 11:30 am-12:30 pm Hatha Yoga *Dawn Morgan* An extension of Mondays class builds on with more challenging poses. Thursdays, Intermediate Yoga 5:30-7:00 pm *Heather Steinmann* Yogas full offerings-asana, meditation, pranayama, Dharma talk and restorative poses offer a well-rounded evening practice. Fridays, 11:30 am-12:30 pm Mixed Level Yoga *Ross Collins* This is Level One YogaFit style class is active and will emphasize gains in strength and flexibility. Saturdays, 9-10:30 am Integrative Yoga *Heather Steinmann* This morning practice builds on Thursdays work with the inclusion of more challenging poses. NEW CLASS, beginning on May 17, 2014: Saturdays,7-8:15 am Vinyasa Yoga *Alicia Waldoch* Simplicity in active motion, this asana practice is a to-the-point challenge.
