Spring has finally arrived????? Well, I just went outside and I can tell you it is still hiding. No snow (yet), but no sunshine either. Want to start by wishing Kaitlyn Bump a wonderful birthday. She is a smart and funny ( go figure, she is a Bump) and beautiful young lady who will try anything she wants and succeed at it. Happy Birthday Baby!! In life there are some small victories we gloss over but I had one yesterday. I made a Banana Crème pie with really high meringue. I have always made good fillings but my crust and meringues have never made it. This one looks awesome. I know I did good when Superman asked for a slice for breakfast. Winner!!! Coconut crème next> Show tomorrow night in Zanesville at Brians Place. If you hanging around with nothing to do, stop by. Saturday night at Lafayette Hotel in Marietta . Love the busy week-ends. The really good thing is the guys have been left a Honey do list. I love it cause they get it done when I am not here to supervise. Not always the way I would do it, but they are men for Gods sake. Today I am sending love and prayers out to the families who have lost loved ones this year. The Maceyko family will be observing the 1 year since losing their darling boy Seth. This day will always be in their minds. If you have children, hold them close and observe snuggle time at night with them. Those wonderful memories will keep you warm on a cold night. The story of Snuggle Time has been posted so look it up and feel the blessing it has to offer you and your family. If you want to feel closer to spring, go to the local nursery and look at seed packets. I can almost smell the flowers. Some stores have flowers in and because it is so cold they have put them inside the store. Azaleas are beautiful at Krogers. Plan that garden. Plant an extra row of something and donate it to a family that can use some help. One extra row of green beans will produce many cans of beans if you are a canner. One extra tomato plant will make a wonderful addition to your elderly neighbors salad. You can freeze a lot of corn from and extra row. What an easy way to help someone else. What a great idea for the whole community. If we all just did that much, it would add so much to someone else and we would never miss it. Its not like someone is asking you for money. It is a village helping to raise a community. Spending the day getting ready for the week-end so I need to get my butt in gear. Please share your love and joy today with someone who really needs it. Your smile may bring in the sun for someone who never sees the bright side of life. Remember the ones who needs prayer. All my love.........
