Spring is a time when we think of newness and renewal. Flowers poke through the cold dirt and tree buds promise that green will come again. Christians are like the early spring flowers in the sun against the dark dirt. We are beautiful in the light of our Christian life against the drab sins of the world. Become new. Hear the Word of God. Believe that Jesus is the Son of God. Repent by throwing off the sins of the old man. Confess Jesus is the savior, the only begotten Son of God. Be immersed in water to arise a new creature. If you are a Christian but have gone back to the ways of the old man, be like the flowers starting new and poke through the dirt of this world. Rise to be beautiful again by repenting of your sins.
