Spring term classes at the Institute of Lutheran Theology begin - TopicsExpress

Spring term classes at the Institute of Lutheran Theology begin January 26. What is ILT? Besides being a very convenient way to study with tuition costs significantly lower that other schools, we are: *Faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and courageous enough to educate future pastors, teachers, and church leaders the way all Lutheran seminaries once did: We teach in accordance with the Scriptures and the Lutheran Confessions. *A good steward of your gifts. Our budget is lean so that your financial gifts go directly to the thing at hand: educating the next generation of Lutheran pastors and teachers. *Completely transparent. Our website displays our programs, curricula and faculty. Students know what courses they will take, and what semester(s) these courses are will be offered. *Already developed. We have a full-time staff of 12, a permanent faculty of seven, and have already had seven graduates from our masters’ level courses and 11 graduates from our certificate programs. *Rigorous. We believe that the best Lutheran education is one where students learn the theological tradition deeply and can relate that tradition to the present intellectual and cultural horizon. There are no shortcuts to excellence.
