Springfield Dinner Features April 4th, 2014 (Friday) Flatbread: Our house made flatbread topped with a dill cream sauce, diced red onion, capers, feta cheese and salmon. Pasta: Linguine tossed with sauteed shrimp, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes in a garlic cream sauce, served on a bed of fresh spinach. -Served with choice of Milano or Caesar salad. Seafood: Potato encrusted halibut fillet, pan-seared, then finished with a white wine and lemon pan sauce, served with sauteed bell peppers, portabello mushrooms and asparagus. -Served with choice of Milano or Caesar salad.
