Sprint , I just want you I had to buy a new phone over a year ago after my phone of 3 years was dropped and shattered. 3 years, and all with full coverage and you still make me buy a new one. I am a nice guy and the kid in the store had no control, so I went along with and bought the phone. Every 3 weeks the phone would freeze. Clearly something Operating System, little things that you will notice after 14 years in IT. Had to figure out how to manually reset the phone with a button sequence since it had to be rebooted and you have prevented us from removing the battery. (why?) This went on about every 3 weeks. Down side is that I dont use the phone for anything other than call, texts, email, and GPS. Too much time fixing other peoples stuff all day, the last thing I want are glitches from 3rd apps. No time for that. On the evening of June 23 while trying to contact a friend via text to get my tix for a concert all of sudden phone went screwy. At what seemed the speed of light it began typing, switching through, scrolling through menus, deleting things, locking messages...I put the phone to sleep then tried waking it up again. No luck. The unlock ring bounced all over the screen. I did a full power down and decided to leave it off for the evening and over night to give the chipset some time off. Next day things seemed ok. A few days later the phone began the light speed seizures again, Red exclamation points now appearing on all texts, soft keys in various applications would not respond. Per all the threads on the HTC LTE the only way to correct this would require a factory reset. Which I performed. 4 times now. And over time the phone continues to deteriorate. Perform these random and intermittent acts. In the last two weeks I noticed that since the phone is Open it will fun through these bizarre sequences. While looking for work I explained to a potential employer my situation and why I missed a planned call and took several minutes to get into the phone meeting. They dismissed the explanation, thinking it some excuse I am sure. 2-3 minutes into our meeting my phone decided to conference call my voice mail then hang up on both calls. Upon connecting with the individual again they could see that the problem actually existed. Now every time I want to text its a game of roulette as to which keys are going to work. Requiring me to put the phone to sleep, wake it up and keep going. This got old quickly so I began using voice To Text for everything. Well the phone now misinterprets the majority of words, leaves out phrases almost every attempt, and when you highlight a work to text or speak over it and replace it, it will delete the entire message, replacing it with the attempted single word replacement. I am writing you as someone who has worked in the customer service industry for 15 years, as a customer who has paid for insurance on my hardware with expressed guarantee from your customer service reps on each of my 3 visits over the last 4 years to your stores, that if ANYTHING happens that I am covered, no questions, no cost, COVERED. Not once has this been the case. I am at a point where I need to go into your stores for help. And based on my experience with customer service in two different states thus far I can not hope to receive the aforementioned promise of support. I am writing this to give you public heads up that I will visit your stores in SLC shortly. And that I hope you live up to your word. Matt
