Square 40 - Quincy, Webster and Betty Quincy died peacefully on his own at home early Sunday morning 1/4/2015. I started to foster him October 2013 thru FHBR then he ended up staying. He was really happy here and I let him sleep in my bed the most out of my dogs. Quincy had just been diagnosed with cancer last Monday. He was an old retired hunting dog from WV, but got to live his remaining time living happily inside. I got Webster in 2010 from Animal Friends. He came to me with anxiety issues and somewhat stressed because of being bounced around so much and spending a long period of time at the shelter. There was an incident at Animal Friends where he got lose and made it all the way up to the Camp Horne GetGo and got a ride back with a nice person riding shotgun the whole ride back. His anxiety has gone away and he has settled in nicely. He instantly became BFFs with Betty. I got Betty as a baby at 10 weeks in November 2009. Even though she is the smallest and youngest, she is still the queen of all the dogs in the house. She has an attitude for sure and loves flirting with the German Shepherd boys. Shes the biggest diva beagle Ive ever seen.
