Squat Challengers; Day 10 - 105 Holy glute soreness. If any of you are feeling what Im feeling today, you probably wish today was rest day. But we must proceed... focus on your inner thighs and hamstrings today as you squat. In Tabata fashion (:20 on :10 sec rest): 50 plie squats 55 deadlift (use a pvc pipe or broomstick; slightly bend knees but do not go into a squat position. You should be using your hamstring muscle to pull the bar up just to your waist and clench your glutes at the top)
