Squat and Deadlift - Heavy weight acclimation Slowly creeping the weights up so Ill peak in 3 weeks time. Looking to hit 170kg for 4 reps next week on the Back Squat. Did some Block Pulls after squatting today....I find these a very difficult movement...even more so than pulling off the ground...I guess this means that the starting point of a block pull is a weak point for me in the deadlift....train your weaknesses! Does anyone else find them harder then conventional Deads? Squat: 140x1 150x1 155x3 158x3 160x3 Block Pulls: 200x1 210x1 220x3 200x8 Hyperextensions: 30kg 3x10
