Squat and Deadlift Night.... Sorry I havent posted anything this week, Ive been snowed under and couldnt catch up. So next week, I will be posting some good articles and posts. So heres tonights workout: WU - build up at 2 reps too 180kg Set 1 - 180kg x2 Set 2 - 200kg x2 Set 3 - 220kg x2 Set 4 - 230kg x1 B1 - Good mornings 100kg x3, 110kg x3, 120kg x3, 120kg x3 (video) C1 - Weighted Back Extension 4 x 6 @10kg D1 - Standing Cable Crunch 5x10 @42kg I felt fast tonight so that PB will be coming. I cant wait. Enjoy your Friday!
