Stand just slightly wider than hip width apart,Try keep your knees behind your toes by sinking your hips back and keeping your back straight throughout. Lower yourself in to a sitting position and breathe out as you push your body weight back up through your heels.To make it harder stand wider to shoulder width apart for a deeper squat.
