Squats 140kg x 5 - Sometimes progression needs to be forced. It becomes more of a mental game rather than anything else. As much as our conscious mind may believe that we can do it, our subconscious still knows that we are trying to do something that we have never done before. Believing is one thing, actually doing it is something else. The first rep looks a little suspicious on depth but when slowed down and put in a screen shot I actually hit depth. The last rep was a grinder. Now its a matter of building upon this, more fluent reps, more reps and build on that core strength. A 50kg gain on my 5RM in less than 11 months aint bad though ;)
