Squats and deadlifts: Still slowly bringing my weights up with my newly adopted squat technique...low-bar wide stance. Weights felt a lot better today and Moved quickly. When it came to the deadlifts I decided to do some deficits, my plan again was to do some singles and practice a slower pull while staying tighter, rather than ripping the bar off the ground like I usually do. Unfortunately today my back (thoracic spine) was just way to tight and after a load of foam rolling and mobility work just couldnt get it mobile enough to get it flat. The good news is I pulled 210 on a deficit today with a double over hand grip which is a PR using that grip.
