Squats and sprints: Squats combined with sprints is an excellent way to burn calories. Using an Olympic bar would be too difficult getting it on and off the shoulders quickly - so we use a dead lift bar instead. After a few rounds of these you will be in serious oxygen debt. Alexandra Vitale (black top) is an excellent runner and Nationally ranked Division 1 swimmer and even she started to fade after 3 rounds... this is no joke, they did 8 rounds this morning...
