Squats are awesome - there are sooo many diff variations you can do that can really target different muscles on your legs :) These babies are GREAT for your inner thighs & quads - they really get those legs shaking after a few rounds!! The Fitball supports your back, so you can really get full range of motion through your muscles :) Try & keep your heels up as high as possible ;) I normally will do 3 sets of 1 min squats & then hold down for 15 seconds. Get squatting!
