Squats from @keithenderlein today. 405x5 warm-up before rev band 405x12 , 471x1(not shown) and 500x2. This is his 4th time squatting this week, which most people would say is stupid but if you want to get good at something you need to do it. If you think about resistance training like sport practice it does not sound stupid at all. Want to get better at free throws? Shoot free throws. Want to sprint faster? Sprint. Want to get better at darts? Dart it up. Squatting is a skill and you dont get better at something by not doing it. Obviously there has to be a plan in place for squatting this frequently but it can be done and with great success if you understand the process. #strongerthanyesterday #whatprogramyouon #skwats #cft #endlinetraining
