Squats today. I closed my stance in hopes of helping me get lower. It did, but I also realized I need to lighten up the %s. My x5 reps quickly turned in to triples. So Ill lighten them up for next week and beyond. Followed with front squats: 135x3, 155x4,165x3,170x3. Good mornings-135x6,5,5 Leg press- 3plates x8,5. 4plates x5,5 Lunges-3x10 Standing side bends-3x10@45plate Decline sit up-3x10 I tapped a few of them so you could see- front squats, good mornings and lunges
