Squats ( wrapped ) 245KG x 3 REPS Few things that i have to mention: 1. Glute isnt 100%, still limited to ROM 2. I havnt been stretching or rolling due to the infection glute so my flexibility is 0/10 3. After the 1st set of 245KG there was a sharp pain in my patella and hurts when i put any pressure on it (e.g. squatting up); squatting down is fine. 4. Still getting use to the wraps, should be squatting deeper and heavier at GPA Worlds 5. I have a big vagina Overall im happy with my first heavy wrapped session.
