Sr.Executive (Dispatch) The Incumbent should be innovative, result oriented around 28-32 years old graduate preferably in commerce with PG qualification in Materials Management with 3-6 yrs experience in dispatch section /department. The incumbent must also be commuter savvy . Job Profile 1 Co-ordinate with branches for their materials requirement and ensuring timely supply of the same 2 Negotiate and finalise with the cargo companies on rates and other terms and conditions of contract for services 3 Placing of Materials orders with the Vendors, Coordinate with vendors for the timely supply of Goods / Materials as per Indenter’s specifications. Receiving of materials from the vendor and safely stocking of the same at the appropriate place. keeping in mind safety of Man and Material. .4 4 Coordinate and do necessary follow up with Cargo Company for the timely delivery of Materials at the specified Locations 5 Processing of bills for payment as per checklist. 6Ensuring complete computerization of dispatch department. 7 Ensuring updating of stock records pertaining to all incoming and out going materials Total CTC will be 25 K per Month
