Responsible for stabilizing the transitioned processes and defining SOPs The candidate would be responsible for developing operational and tactical plans to ensure adherence to SLAs Principle accountabilities would be ensuring that team is effectively staffed to meet client SLAs Monitors daily progress/project status and ensure optimal utilization of resources Manage work volume, head count, forecast and conduct cost-revenue analysis Maintain client relationship and present senior management reviews periodically Plan and execute team motivation activities Coordinate for customer-client escalations Candidate Profile: Masters degree/diploma in related field with 7-10 years of experience Proven ability to work under pressure Already working on a Manager position in voice / Non-voice process (BPO) Excellent team handling skills Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard would be an added advantage Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts.
