Job Responsibilities § As the Product management leader you are responsiblefor driving product success with millions of consumers and delivering millionsin revenue. § Driving the overall product vision, strategy, andrequirements that will fuel user growth and product evolutions. Build andmanage the product roadmap. § Continuously deliver advances in the product byexecuting against the product roadmap, maintaining a deep understanding ofcompetitive offerings and how they Impact consumer choices and preferences,and how they should influence the product. § Drive fast paced iterative product development,making calls on product features and functionality § Building positive relationships and trust throughstrong cross-team interactions, on-time delivery, high quality product andperceptive thinking, and innovation, delivering quality products, and makingappropriate trade-offs § Defining product success metrics and analyzingproduct performance by driving the product agenda with Engineering, Design, andother cross-functional teams to deliver! § Tracking product success against plan and keeping thebusiness unit management team informed and enlisting appropriate support fromtop management. Basic Qualifications: § 10 to 15 years of work experience with at least 5years product management experience, with consumer Internet or web-basedtechnology products and services. § Demonstrated track record of successful productmanagement and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high quality products § Strong product sense with an ability to envisiontechnology solutions with market and user needs. § Excellent problem solving, analytical skills combinedwith a strong business & technical acumen. § Comfortable in a fast-paced, creative, innovativetechnology environment, with a bias towards measurable results! § Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities,balancing consumer needs with business and product priorities, and the abilityto clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions. § BA/BS in Computer Science Preferred Qualifications: § Prior working experience as a Product Manager withinan internet or web-based consumer products and services company. § MBA desired; undergraduate degree a must, CS degreehighly preferred. § Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
